Today at 19:00 CET HC SLOVAN Bratislava kick off 2013 at home against Avtomobilist. The HC SLOVAN roster is practically unchanged from the line-up which faced SKA St. Petersburg on the 28th December.
The only changes in the line-up come in the defence unit, as the defensive pairings have been reshuffled. The second pairing now sees Michal Sersen alongside Andrej Sekera, while the third defensive pairing now consists of Ivan Švarný and Vladimír Mihálik. The starting netminder for tonight’s game is Jaroslav Janus. Head coach Rostislav Čada is currently missing the injured quartet of Miroslav Šatan, Martin Štajnoch, Andrej Šťastný and Ján Tabaček, while Marko Daňo and Tomáš Mikúš are still on duty with the Slovakian roster at the World Junior Championships in Ufa.
Roster: Janus - Višňovský, Sigalet, Vondrka, Bližňák, Miklík - Sersen, Sekera Hudáček, Lipiansky (C), Bartovič (A) - Švarný, Mihálik, Bakoš, Kytnár, Kukumberg (A) - Trška, Ölvecký, Preisinger Kudrna
