HC SLOVAN Bratislava fans can now purchase tickets for the three upcoming games at the SLOVNAFT Arena in the 2013 European Trophy
HC SLOVAN begin their quest for European glory this coming Friday when they face the Austrian side UPC Vienna Capitals. These two sides met in last year’s edition of the European Trophy in a thrilling game which saw HC SLOVAN run out 2:1 victors after a shootout. In the reverse fixture at the Albert-Schultz Halle, Vienna got revenge by taking a 2:1 overtime victory.
Following this, HC SLOVAN Bratislava will test themselves against two of the best teams from the Czech Republic. Firstly on Tuesday 13th August, HC Sparta Praha will be the guests at the SLOVNAFT Arena. Last year, Sparta came away with a 5:3 victory from their trip to Bratislava, and they have once again assembled a strong roster, featuring ever-present Petr Ton, and three time World Championship medallist, Tomáš Rolinek.
Thursday 15th August sees HC SLOVAN welcome Piráti Chomutov to the SLOVNAFT Arena. Last year’s Czech Extraliga debutants have significantly strengthened their squad after their inaugural campaign in the Czech top flight. Former Slovak national team member Ľuboš Bartečko and former NHL forward Jakub Svoboda have provided a major boost up front for the Bohemian club. The team also features Slovak forward Jozef Balej, who played a few games for HC SLOVAN in their 2011/12 Extraliga campaign.
Holders of ‘HC SLOVAN – KHL 2013/2014’ season tickets have free entry in their chosen seat for all three matches in the European Trophy.
Holders of ISIC, ITIC and EURO 26 cards are entitled to 10% discount on tickets provided they present their card on point of purchase.
Admission of disabled spectators is priced at €3 which includes one accompanying person. For these tickets, advance sale is only at headquarters on Radlinskeho 27, or on the day of the match at the cash desks at the SLOVNAFT Arena.
Visiting spectators are able to purchase tickets in the reserved B11 sector, rows 12-24.
